We have seen this sculpture referred to as ” The Listening Man “. Darcourt (Chiparus pseudonim) and Roncourt signed this figure. Also, Ugo Cipriani sign appears in terracotta version. So that there must be connection between these authors. Maybe they worked together in the creation of the different versions of this sculpture.
This figure is one of the most representative designs of the male sculptures of art deco period.
